June 21, 2026 - June 27, 2026 Week in Review
Hi. Another week, another week in review.
My goals for last week were to have fun, draw, and do as I like. And I have to say, I indeed completed all those goals.
From Sunday to Tuesday, I went to the beach and it was a lot of fun. I can't swim, and I didn't even step in the water, but it was still fun to go outside and do other things that aren't Sit On My Computer All Day. Unfortunately, I do quite enjoy Sit On My Computer time… so I was glad to get back home. I also lost part of a keychain I like, which made me upset — it's one of those keycap keychains, and they make a nice noise when you press on them. There are two other keycaps on there… but one is forever missing…
On Wednesday, Deltarune Chapter 5 released! I was super excited and played it all day. I'm still not finished but it's so fun! I love all the new characters (Green is really funny LOL)… Deltarune feels like a game that should be easy, but for me it's pretty difficult since my first instinct is to literally run into the bullets (that's why the enemy that has fake bullets you're supposed to run into is easy).
On Thursday, I went back to my college and decided my classes for next semester. I'm only taking two classes in the fall, but I don't mind. I was never that good at school, so two classes is the perfect amount for me. On July 6th, I'm meant to take an English placement test so I can skip the prerequisite class of like, English 101 or whatever. I am also taking a math placement test on the same day.
However, if I can get my ACT scores by then, I don't have to take the English placement test at all. See, I took the ACT in my junior year of high school (and got very high scores in English and Reading) but there are no records online of me ever taking it. So, I have to go back to my old high school and see if they still have my scores. But since it's summer, (some of) the staff are taking breaks. And the day they return? July 6th. The same day as my placement test.
So, July 6th is going to prove to be very stressful, but I don't have to think about that right now.
And I spent a long time messing with my UTAU… currently, that's what I'm focused on instead of playing the new Deltarune chapter. It's just way too much fun to do it. Even if it's also very frustrating and takes 40 years. I love it. I'm planning on making both a Japanese and English voicebank, but I've only recorded the Japanese one. I also have to make better art for them. ArtFight is coming up soon, and I kind of want to add them as an OC, so I need to make a good reference!
For some reason, I hadn't made a Vocaloid playlist on YouTube yet, so I made one on Thursday. It has 600+ songs, and I'm constantly adding more. It's not just Vocaloid, it's also UTAU and SynthV, and it's not just original songs, it includes covers and such. I'm proud of it! (Eventually, I'm going to have to download all of those songs too, but for now, I'll just have to hope and pray none of them get deleted.)
Also on Thursday (that was a very busy day for me), I watched a movie with my friends. It was called Leviticus. I liked it a lot! I don't watch a lot of movies, and when I do I definitely don't choose horror movies. So, I've never seen anything like it. But I understand why people watch horror movies now. Microdosing fear is exciting!
My goals this week: have fun. And work on my UTAU. I hope to at least finish their Japanese voicebank maybe not by this week but the next one…? See you all next week!!
